Relaxing essential oils

With stress, sleep can be disrupted. Difficulties in falling asleep, frequent waking up during the night or a feeling of tiredness upon waking up can have important consequences in professional and personal life: irritability, nervousness, problems of concentration, weaker intellectual performance, etc. The use of essential oils will restore three major principles to fight stress: calm the nervous system, help people fall asleep and improve sleep quality.

Fine Lavender essential oil

Thanks to its richness in linalyl acetate and linalol, fine lavender essential oil is calming, relaxing and analgesic. It helps to calm anxiety and nervousness and its use is recommended to relieve the pain of rheumatism.

Marjoram essential oil

The essential oil of marjoram is composed mainly of terpinen-4-ol. Sedative, it has great relaxing properties. It calms stress and anxiety by softening internal aggressiveness and overly strong reactions.

Neroli essential oil

Rich in limonene, neroli essential oil has relaxing and invigorating properties. Limonene will also promote the cutaneous absorption of other essential oils during the massage and thus potentiate their calming and soothing action.

Synergistic effect of these essential oils

The use of these essential oils in synergy will soothe and relax the mind. The essential oils of fine lavender, neroli and marjoram will have a soothing and relaxing effect thanks to the presence of esters and terpenes. Their penetration during the massage will be facilitated by the essential oil of neroli rich in limonene. The relaxing effect of the synergy will promote a restorative and balanced sleep that will allow the body to recover more easily after a period of psychological and physical fatigue.

The right gestures to maximize the effect of synergy

Combined with the use of essential oils, massage will release the tensions located in the upper chest to help you breathe more deeply and consciously. This ritual will provide a feeling of calm and relaxation after a stressful period of life.
