Essential oils for muscle relaxation

The human body is put under daily strain. Sports practice, unsuitable working postures, carrying heavy loads, poor bedding, or intense fatigue can lead to the appearance of muscle or joint pain and stiffness. Essential oils are composed of powerful molecules that will accelerate muscle recovery and relieve stiffness and pain in the body.

The addition of essential oil of peppermint to the mixture will provide a pleasant sensation of freshness and tone during application.

The right gestures to maximize the effect of synergy

Massage combined with the use of essential oils can be practiced both before and after physical activity to warm up the muscles and limit the sensations of stiffness during exercise, as well as after exercise to maximize muscle recovery, or to relieve tensions related to poor working or sleeping postures.
By stretching the muscle, the massage will help to relax it, and gain flexibility. Through mechanical stimulation, it will help to relieve stiffness and contractures. The lymphatic and blood draining action will also accelerate the elimination of toxic substances and reduce pain and aches.
